Very Misleading
The gameplay is nonsensical and unpredictable, with varying stats that make it impossible to achieve anything without spending money. I was only able to make one decision throughout the dialogue, which seemed to be redundant in nature. The story is random and hard to follow, and the only choice in interacting with characters is when they pop up during scheduled activities. This seemed to be completely arbitrary, with some characters showing up in a different location than stated, which meant you had no control over developing relationships--basically, whenever you see a character you fill part of the relationship gauge and this seemed to have no bearing on the game.
I kept expecting it to get better. The game basically limits you to a few actions, and the ability to diversify your stats is impossible without in-game purchases thanks to a very low energy limit and fluctuating costs on stats (you can study for 20 coins, say, and you can work for 10 coins, but by the time youre done with work and study, your energy has depleted so you have to rest. And all three actions will take away random amounts of built up stats.) Plus, youre limited to basically one or two traits to focus on because trying for more than that will keep your stats depleted indefinitely. The clothing options are too expensive considering they can only be used for two in-game years (which amounts to 36 decisions as you can only schedule three activities per month.)
Maybe Im just terrible at strategy, but it seemed like I was constantly resting and working to save up for exorbitant fees for classes and avatar items. Some jobs dont even pay in the game, and upgraded class levels cost 20 or 30 coins while working jobs that only pay out 10 or 20 even with promotions. Meanwhile, the actual customizability of the character was limited to a handful of complete outfits with no color changing options or anything, and there was no love story at all when I played it--not even a hint of one, even though I had a full heart gauge for one of the characters and nearly full for the rest.
I dont really know what the positive aspects are to this game. Typos are rampant in a pointless, repetitive storyline, and I ended my game without a hint of a romantic storyline, no background on any of the characters, tons of plot holes. Plus, my character was sourced from dark magic, when i spent basically the entire game volunteering with orphans and visiting some elf world. So, I thought this game was a complete waste of time and money (I accidentally purchased some 9.99 thing at the start of the game while trying to close the advertisement, and Im still not really sure what that bought me...). Either way, the unexplained parent-child/incestuous relationship was confusing--interactions were so limited that I was both creeped out by the implication of Loli/shota (not my thing) and yet able to completely ignore the absentee parent that played basically no part in the gameplay...
Basically, this game was awful, and I dont think the creators even knew what they were going for. I hope it was just lost in translation, but I dont think I wouldve enjoyed the gameplay even if the story had been halfway decent. Dont even bother.
